Kings KIA has a need for a Service Advisor in our express lube service lane! The Service Advisor must be energetic, have a friendly, approachable personality, able to multi-task in a high-paced setting, be computer literate, and have a neat and clean appearance. This position will ensure the customer is in and out in a short time for basic services such as oil changes, some filters, bulbs, and tire rotations. Based on performance, this position has the potential to lead to future advancement in service. The focus is efficiency and customer satisfaction. Schedule is a 5-day work week including Sats. This position offers income opportunities not found in most other industries. We are conveniently located off I-71 Fields-Ertel Rd. exit #19 in the popular Kings Automall.

Minimum Requirements:
·       Experience as a Service Advisor OR auto experience in areas such as express lube, customer service, or sales
·       Import experience a plus: NOT required
·       Ability to multi-task
·       Must be computer literate; CDK system a plus
·       General knowledge of Service Dept.
·       Good oral/written skills   Â
·       High school grad; college a plus
·       Satisfactory employment references
·       Must pass background check
