Performance

Moving the entry-level EV9 Light around Mason is a single rear-wheel-drive motor and a 76.1-kWh battery. You get 215 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque from this arrangement, plus 230 miles of range. The Light Long Range trim level also has a single motor, but it gives you a 99.8-kWh battery. These models have an output of 201 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque, and they have a range of 304 miles.

Both the Wind and Land models of the new EV9 have standard all-wheel drive and dual electric motors. They create 379 horsepower and 443 pound-feet of torque, and they provide you with an estimated range of 280 miles. The final option to consider is the EV9 GT-Line, which utilizes dual motors to pump out 379 horsepower and 516 pound-feet of torque. You can go an estimated 270 miles on a full charge in this trim.

Design

High-tech and convenient exterior features are available for all of the 2026 Kia EV9 trim levels. Examples include a hands-free liftgate, LED headlights, and 19-inch alloy wheels. The EV9 also has heated and power-folding side mirrors on all models. Starting on the Wind trim level, roof rails and a panoramic sunroof are available. If you want gloss black exterior accents, those are available for the Land trim level.

The standard setup for the interior of the EV9 has seating for up to seven. You can also bring home a model with second-row captain's chairs, giving you seating for six as you travel around Loveland. This electric SUV also has quite a bit of cargo space, giving you 20.2 cubic feet behind the third row. There are 43.5 cubic feet behind the second row and 81.7 behind the first. Technology Features

A Wi-Fi hotspot is standard on all 2026 EV9 trim levels. You also get cutting-edge features for your trips to Kings Mill, like a touchscreen for the infotainment system that offers Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Six USB ports, satellite radio, a Wi-Fi hotspot, and wireless device charging are all standard as well. An eight-speaker sound system is standard, and you can also have a 14-speaker sound system in select models.
